1. 14-Day Money Back Guarantee
We believe wholeheartedly in Vidyaset. If within the first 14 days of your initial paid subscription you are not completely satisfied with our library software, contact our support team at [email protected] for a full, no-questions-asked refund of your software subscription fee.
2. Hardware Devices
Physical hardware (Biometric attendance machines, thermal slip printers, barcode readers) comes with a 1-year replacement manufacturer warranty against hardware defects. Hardware returns for change-of-mind are accepted within 7 days of delivery in original, undamaged packaging.
3. Processing Time
Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method (Bank account / UPI / Card) within 5 to 7 business days.
