1. Use of ERP Services

Vidyaset grants you a non-exclusive, revocable subscription license to use our library management software according to your selected plan tier. You agree not to reverse engineer, resell, or misuse API endpoints.

2. Subscriptions & Renewals

Subscriptions are billed on a monthly, 6-month, annual, or multi-year basis as selected during registration. Failure to renew within 7 days of expiration may result in temporary portal suspension.

3. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, under the jurisdiction of the courts of Solan / Himachal Pradesh.
